Job summary

Midea LATAM North is seeking a logistics data analyst to manage domestic and international shipment data and documentation, supporting the Logistics and Supply Chain team to drive efficiency and accuracy.

You will prepare documentation for global transportation, ensure QA-compliant shipping processes, and generate reports for upper management while analyzing data to uncover cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare required documentation for global transportation functions.
• Ensure shipping processes meet QA standards.
• Generate statistical or detailed reports for the team and management.
• Process and correct miscellaneous accounting issues.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve carrier KPIs.
• Support logistics operations with analytical and administrative tasks.
• Analyze customer shipping data to drive improvements.
