Job summary

Reality Games in Kraków is seeking a hands-on Performance Creative Producer to manage end-to-end production of performance ads for our games. You will source creators, purchase ads, coordinate designers, provide feedback, and deliver high-quality assets for UA testing.

This is a fast, production-focused role with 24–48 hour turnaround. You will collaborate with UA, analytics, art, and product teams in a dynamic, on-site office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience producing performance marketing ads (gaming, mobile, UGC, or e-commerce).
• Ability to work quickly and deliver great ads within 24–48 hours.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Bonus: UA, video editing, TikTok Ads or Meta Ads experience.

Responsibilities

• Source UGC creators, editors, animators, and designers worldwide.
• Negotiate pricing and deadlines for ad production.
• Lead fast and effective calls with creators and production partners.
• Give clear briefs and sharp, actionable feedback.
• Evaluate creative quality and understand what performs and why.
• Coordinate designers, animators, video editors, and copywriters.
• Manage deadlines, priorities, and delivery pipelines.
• Work closely with User Acquisition on creative testing.
• Maintain processes, templates, and structure for creative production.
• Deliver assets in all required formats (Meta, TikTok, Google, Webshop).
• Track trends in mobile gaming creatives and generate new ideas.

About the Role:
Location: Kraków - On-site (office only)
Contract: Full-time

We're looking for a hands-on, fast-moving Performance Creative Producer who will manage the end-to-end production of performance ads for our games. This includes sourcing creators, purchasing ads, coordinating designers, giving feedback, and delivering high-quality assets for UA testing. This is a pure production role - operational, quick, and quality-driven.
You must be someone who thrives on speed and can get great ads produced within 24-48 hours.
