Job summary

Dematic is seeking an experienced Order Management professional in Mexico to ensure orders progress from receipt to shipment. You will monitor commitments, manage OTIF delivery, and coordinate with Purchasing for timely materials.

You will work with Master Scheduler and Production Planners, track production progress, and report on backlog, OTIF, and delivery risks in daily/weekly/SIOP reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related.
• +5 years of experience in Production Planning within manufacturing plants.
• Hands-on experience with production order creation, shop-floor coordination and manufacturing execution.
• Strong SAP PP experience (MM-only profiles will not be considered).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor open sales orders and customer commitments.
• Track past-due and at-risk orders.
• Prioritize critical customer orders and expedites.
• Maintain promise dates and communicate changes.
• Provide order status updates and communicate risks and recovery plans.
• Report backlog, OTIF, and past-due performance.
