Formación

OTC – Experienced Hire Analyst – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX)

Overview

Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) is a member of the Global Delivery Network with delivery centers worldwide. Based in Queretaro, Mexico, ADMX provides consulting services that help clients achieve higher operational efficiency and business value in finance, supply chain, and IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create solutions to meet client requirements.
• Expose yourself to multiple industries and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Deloitte Consulting LLP services.
• Perform collections activities for a group of assigned clients/customers and follow up on collection strategies.
• Track key performance indicators and target metrics for collections.
• Respond to client and internal stakeholder queries regarding transactions, discrepancies, or process clarifications.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve blockers and maintain seamless process execution.
• Escalate issues as necessary and proactively suggest corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• Completion of a course of study or degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and analytical reporting tools.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
