Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to support robotic-assisted orthopedic procedures in Veracruz, Mexico. You will complete the required Mako training and certification while working with surgeons, hospitals, and clinical staff to build technical and clinical expertise.

The role focuses on training, preoperative planning, and hands-on procedural support, with a path to independent clinical practice within a leading medical technology company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing or related clinical field.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Ability to work on-site in Veracruz, Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Complete the required training curriculum to become a qualified Mako clinical specialist.
• Support robotic-assisted procedures with clinical and technical assistance.
• Deliver product education and ongoing training to surgeons and operating room staff.
• Assist with preoperative planning activities, including imaging review and workflow preparation.
• Support the launch and adoption of new Mako accounts with clinical guidance and product expertise.
• Coordinate surgeon training sessions, workshops, cadaveric laboratories, and certification activities.
• Partner with sales representatives, distributors, and hospital teams to ensure surgical logistics, equipment readiness, and procedural support.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations, company policies, quality standards, and ethical requirements.
