Job summary

Enovis is seeking a Bracing & Supports Product Specialist to deliver advanced orthopedic product technical support to customers, care teams and sales reps. You will troubleshoot issues, provide product education, and assist with cross-references of competitor products.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology or related field, at least 1 year of clinical experience, and strong communication skills. Shift flexibility from 5am–5pm PST is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Proficient in MS Office (SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• English advanced level; excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide orthopedic product technical support to internal and external customers via emails and phone.
• Offer product recommendations to customers, end-users and field sales reps.
• Troubleshoot complex product questions and issues to improve customer service.
• Document and record all injury complaints within Agile.
• Provide product education to new hires and team members as needed.
• Assist field sales with product cross references.
• Process casting orders for custom bracing.
• Collaborate with Care, Marketing, Engineering, Quality and Sales on new launches and updates.
