Formación

  • 3+ years of experience in organizational change management.
  • Prosci Change Practitioner certification is required.

As an Organization Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful organizational transformations. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to implement change management strategies that maximize employee engagement, minimize resistance, and ensure the successful adoption of change initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans in alignment with organizational objectives and project timelines.
  • Identify potential risks and resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to communicate the rationale for change, manage expectations, and solicit feedback throughout the change process.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to enable them to effectively lead their teams through periods of change.
  • Develop and deliver communication materials, including presentations, FAQs, and training materials, to support change initiatives.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of change management activities and adjust strategies as needed to ensure successful implementation.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by championing best practices in change management and organizational development.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience leading the development and implementation of organizational change management initiatives
  • 3+ years of experience as a consultant, preferably at a large, leading consulting company
  • Prosci Change Practitioner certification
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft products
  • An undergraduate degree in technology or business preferred
