Job summary

Avnet, a global technology distributor, is seeking an Order Processor to support booking requests and coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Shipping teams. You will process customer orders, validate accuracy, update records, and communicate order status to customers as part of a cross-functional team.

Key responsibilities include maintaining customer records, identifying process improvements, and contributing to overall profitability and service quality across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Review orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Shipping to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update customer records.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, discrepancies, and issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and key performance metrics.
• Ensure good customer relations across regions and profitability for assigned accounts.
