Avnet is a global technology distributor seeking an administrator to support the Semi Product Organization. The role handles proactive ship and debit renewal and releases pricing block orders, ensuring smooth operations across the supply chain.

Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Two years of related experience and a high school diploma are typical requirements.

Job Summary

This role supports the Semi Product Organization and performs the daily activities of proactive ship and debit renewal and releasing ZKE1 and ZOR pricing block orders.

Principal Responsibilities

• May provide quote preparation, backlog processing, and/or other such support to product team members.
• May Identify, investigate, and participate in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include various key performance metrics.
• Ensures that good supplier relations are maintained and claims and complaints are resolved fairly, and effectively.
• Maintains and updates electronic and/or hard copy records as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Acquired and applies working knowledge of the organization, job, practices and procedures to be proficient in all aspects of the job.
• Performs functions semi-routine in nature and recognizes the need for occasional alternative solutions.
• Work is performed independently, with minimal supervision. Able to establish priorities and manage time to complete work.

Work Experience

• Typically requires a minimum of two years of related experience.
