Signify in Monterrey is seeking a Pricing Analyst to design and execute pricing strategies, collaborating with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to maximize price realization and profitability.

You will analyze pricing performance, market trends, and costs, and manage pricing systems and dashboards to monitor KPIs and margins. English proficiency is required for global coordination.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years in pricing, analytics, finance, or product management.
• Advanced Excel skills with large data analysis.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across product lines and regions.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of pricing models, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP systems SAP or Oracle.

This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Pricing Analyst in Monterrey with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.

• Develop and execute pricing strategies in partnership with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to maximize price realization and profitability.
• Analyze pricing performance, market trends, costs (materials, freight, tariffs), and profitability, providing recommendations to protect margins.
• Manage pricing systems (SAP, Vistex, eCommerce) and enhance pricing dashboards to track KPIs, price realization, discounts, and business performance.
• Partner with Sales and business leaders on incentive, commission, rebate, and transactional pricing programs, including NPI pricing support.
• Lead pricing process improvements, stakeholder training, system enhancements, and resolution of pricing issues to ensure effective pricing execution.

More About You

• Bachelor’s degree completed and a minimum of 4 years of experience in pricing, data analytics, finance, data management, or product management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience analyzing large datasets and identifying business trends.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams across multiple product lines and regions.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of pricing models, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.
• This is an on‑site position located in Monterrey.
