Job summary

Mriti InfoSystems Inc. in Mexico is seeking a skilled Oracle EBS SCM specialist to provide functional support for the Supply Chain module. You will work with end-users, translate requirements into configurations, and assist with testing and UAT for new implementations.

The role emphasizes documentation, training, and collaboration with IT and business teams to deliver efficient solutions. Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Oracle EBS SCM projects (Purchasing, Inventory, Order Mgmt, Shipping).
• Production support and issue resolution experience.
• UAT planning and testing experience.
• Documentation and training delivery skills.
• Spanish as primary language; English as secondary.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle EBS SCM module.
• Analyze and resolve end-user issues quickly.
• Collaborate with business users to map requirements to configurations.
• Conduct system testing and support UAT for deployments.
• Develop and maintain configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Deliver training and end-user support.
• Coordinate with technical teams to design and implement integrations.
• Monitor performance and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Resolve tickets within SLA with detailed notes and solutions.
• Experience in Production Support projects.
• ServiceNow experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must have Oracle EBS SCM experience (Purchasing, Inventory, Order Mgmt, Shipping).

• Provide functional support for Oracle EBS Supply Chain Module.
• Analyze and resolve issues reported by end-users in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into system configurations or enhancements.
• Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for new implementations or updates.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Deliver training sessions and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Oracle EBS.
• Work closely with technical teams to design and implement custom solutions or integrations.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Resolve tickets within the defined SLA with detail resolution notes and solution.
• Having experience working on Production Support Project
• ServicNow Experience would be added advantage.
• Good Communication skills.
• Skills/JD: Should have previously managed Oracle EBS Supply Chain (SCM) projects
  • Should have prior experience as Oracle EBS Supply chain consultant (covering Purchasing, Inventory, Order mgmt.. and Shipping modules)
