DXC Technology is seeking an Application Support / Oracle PL/SQL Developer to support and maintain critical business applications. The role combines production support with hands-on Oracle SQL/PL/SQL programming to troubleshoot incidents and implement effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting incidents, developing and maintaining Oracle code, and collaborating with business users and technical teams to resolve issues.

Formación

• Hands-on Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming required.
• Experience in troubleshooting production issues in applications and databases.
• Ability to analyze incidents and perform root-cause analysis (RCA).
• Strong understanding of relational databases and integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Application and Production Support for business-critical systems.
• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle SQL and PL/SQL code.
• Work with stored procedures, packages, functions, triggers, and complex SQL queries.
• Analyze issues involving applications, databases, interfaces, batch processes, and integrations.
• Perform application maintenance, bug fixes, testing, and deployments.
