DXC Technology is seeking an Applications Support / Oracle PL/SQL Developer to maintain business-critical systems in our Mexico operations. The role combines production support with hands-on Oracle SQL/PL/SQL development to troubleshoot incidents and implement fixes.

You will work with business users and IT teams to analyze issues, perform RCA, and deliver robust database solutions, including stored procedures, packages, and complex queries, in a fast-paced production environment.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in Application/Production Support with strong incident analysis.
• Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming, including stored procedures and complex queries.
• Intermediate English; ability to communicate in a professional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide application and production support for business-critical systems.
• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
• Develop and maintain Oracle SQL/PL/SQL code and related objects.
• Participate in production deployments and post-production support.
• Document procedures and support knowledge transfer.
