PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking a Senior Associate to drive Oracle ERP Source To Pay implementations. You will engage with clients, design processes, and lead cross-functional teams to modernize core operations across purchasing, supplier management, and payables.

You will apply problem-solving and communication skills, mentor juniors, and contribute to digital transformation within the Oracle practice. Fluent English is required; 20% travel expected.

Responsabilidades

• Configure Oracle ERP Source to Pay modules (Purchasing, Supplier Management, Payables).
• Design and optimize Source to Pay processes using Oracle ERP features.
• Analyze complex business processes for ERP enhancements.
• Lead implementation and integration of Oracle E-Business Suite solutions.
• Gather and document business requirements for ERP projects.
• Develop and execute project plans to deliver ERP solutions on time and budget.
• Provide technical consultation for Oracle CRM systems.
• Standardize business processes to improve efficiency.
• Manage project tasks including budgeting and resources.
• Foster adoption of innovative technologies in Oracle ERP implementations.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to support project outcomes.
• Conduct training and develop materials to enhance user adoption.

As an Oracle - ERP - Source To Pay - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients directly, leveraging your skills in business application consulting to deliver impactful solutions within our Oracle practice. You will be at the forefront of transforming client operations through the implementation of Oracle ERP systems, focusing on the Source To Pay process. This role is pivotal in driving digital core modernization, enabling clients to evolve their application services and optimize their business processes.

Responsibilities

• System configuration: Configure the Oracle ERP Source to Pay modules (such as Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Payables) to meet business needs.
• Process design: Design and optimize Source to Pay processes by leveraging Oracle ERP functionalities and best practices.
• Analyzing complex business processes to identify opportunities for Oracle ERP enhancements
• Leading the implementation and integration of Oracle E-Business Suite solutions
• Collaborating with clients to gather and document business requirements for ERP projects
• Developing and executing project plans to deliver Oracle ERP solutions on time and within budget
• Providing technical consultation and support for Oracle Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Designing and standardizing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Managing systems project management tasks, including budgeting and resource allocation
• Facilitating the adoption of emerging technologies and innovative design in Oracle ERP implementations
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support successful project outcomes
• Conducting training sessions and developing materials to enhance user adoption and system utilization

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a Master’s or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
