Job summary

Birlasoft in Mexico is seeking a senior EBS specialist for Manufacturing/Operations, with strong development background and hands-on experience configuring and supporting EBS modules (Inventory, BOM, WIP, WMS, OM/P2P, Shipping, and basic Finance).

The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional Business and Digital teams, perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot production incidents, and demonstrate fluent Spanish and English communication.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EBS systems – MFG/Operations (Inventory, BOM, WIP, WMS, OM/P2P, Shipping and basic Finance)
• Senior resource – preferably with Development background
• Experience with facility start-ups
• Strong technical/functional skillset – must be able to problem solve/troubleshoot independently.
• Workflow and Concurrent Manager knowledge
• Interface troubleshooting experience
• Root cause analysis discipline
• Ability to independently diagnose and solve production incidents
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English
• Must be disciplined in workload management and cross-functional collaboration between the Business and Digital teams
