Job summary

MethodHub is seeking a senior resource with a development background to support EBS systems across MFG/Operations, including Inventory, BOM, WIP, WMS, OM/P2P, Shipping and basic Finance. The role requires facility start-up experience, strong problem-solving skills, and dual fluency in Spanish and English.

Daily onsite work at the Ramos Arizpe facility is required. You will troubleshoot interfaces, perform root-cause analyses, and collaborate with Business and Digital teams to ensure operational

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EBS systems – MFG/Operations (Inventory, BOM, WIP, WMS, OM/P2P, Shipping and basic Finance).
• Senior resource with development background preferred.
• Experience with facility start-ups.
• Strong technical/functional skillset with independent problem-solving ability.
• Workflow and Concurrent Manager knowledge is required.
• Interface troubleshooting experience is required.
• Root cause analysis discipline is required.
• Ability to diagnose and solve production incidents independently.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Disciplined workload management and cross-functional collaboration between Business and Digital teams.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work onsite daily at the Ramos facility.
