Hope Global México in León, Mexico, is seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle APEX professional. The role focuses on implementing and customizing Oracle EBS and Apex to meet business requirements, with strong PL/SQL development and BI reporting capabilities.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Oracle EBS and APEX experience, plus end-user support in a corporate environment. On-site is preferred with hybrid options, supporting global clients and delivering high-quality customer

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• English advanced
• 5+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite experience (R12)
• 5+ years Oracle APEX experience
• 5+ years of direct end-user support in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 lifecycle, config and admin.
• Experience with Oracle EBS SCM: Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Finance.
• Preferred manufacturing experience in textile and automotive assembly sectors.
• This position operates out of Leon, Mexico. On-site preferred, hybrid acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Implementing and customizing Oracle EBS and Apex applications to meet business requirements.
• Creating PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions based on business requirements.
• Developing BI Publisher/XML Publisher reports and optimizing SQL performance.
• Solve internal customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on mid and expert knowledge of Oracle EBS modules.
• Work closely with users to understand their needs, support business change, and deliver high-quality customer experience.
• Provide remote-based functional support & training for multiple EBS modules, globally.
• Support client customizations, sharing implementation and best practices advice.
• Develop application break fixes and workarounds for critical product defects.
• Provide hands-on assistance using proprietary tools in test environment or via remote client connectivity.
• Develop upon legacy reporting and set a new framework to retire obsolete technology and reports.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing methodologies, diagnostic tools, and creative processes to improve user experience.

• Knowledge of Oracle EBS R12, including full life-cycle implementation experience, configuration and administration of the application.


• Experience with Oracle EBS SCM Modules: Purchasing, Inventory and Order Management, Finance desirable.


• Preferred: manufacturing experience, particularly in textile and automotive assembly sectors.

• Knowledge of Power Apps and AI Solutions desirable.
