Job summary

Lendable is launching its credit card product in Mexico and building a founding local team. We're looking for someone to own the day-to-day operation of that product: the customer conversations, queues, exceptions, data, and tooling that makes it faster next month.

This role is not a scripted support seat. Our stack is heavily instrumented and AI-assisted, so you’ll handle cases that don’t fit the script, plus patterns others haven’t noticed.

Qualifications

• Excellent written Spanish and working English.
• Genuine analytical curiosity: you like taking something apart to understand why it broke.
• Comfort with data, dashboards, and logs; no fear of API responses.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in real work (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.).
• Bias toward figuring things out: you exhaust what you can do yourself before escalating.
• Care and precision with money and personal data; ability to slow down on sensitive cases.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily operational queues end to end: run recurring card-ops routines and resolve cases beyond first reply.
• Investigate using dashboards, internal tools, and customer records to reconstruct root causes.
• Work with AI agents to triage, draft, summarize, and pull data; improve prompts and knowledge sources.
• Turn recurring problems into fewer issues by writing runbooks, articles, and macros.
• Connect customer realities to product and risk decisions, explaining outcomes in Spanish.
