Amazon Operations Mexico City is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a dynamic team and drive performance across fulfillment processes. You will optimize workflows, coach staff, and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve service-level goals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years in operations, and fluent English. Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, is required. This role is based in Mexico City.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• 7+ years of operational experience.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• 7+ years of operational experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
