Amazon Operations in Mexico City is seeking experienced professionals to drive productivity and deliver on customer promises. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and high service standards.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in operations and 3+ years in people management, along with fluent English. The role supports a dynamic, globally integrated supply chain and requires flexibility for shift coverage as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• 7+ years of operational experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in exceeding productivity goals and meeting customer promises.
• Support scalable operations across Amazon's facilities and processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement using standard performance metrics.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• 7+ years of operational experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
