Amazon Operations in Ciudad Nezahualcóyotl, Mexico seeks an experienced Operations Manager to drive productivity and deliver on customer promises. You will lead teams, manage schedules including weekends and nights, and apply lean techniques to improve performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years in people/performace management, 7+ years overall operations experience, and English fluency. A dynamic, fast-paced environment offers growth and impact.
