Crimson Education is seeking an Operations Lead for Standardized Test Prep to drive the delivery and outcomes of global tutoring programs. You will oversee bootcamps, tutor performance, and student progression, reporting to the Director of Standardized Test Prep.

This is a remote role with weekend availability, requiring hands-on operational leadership across multiple cohorts. You will own onboarding, ensure program health, manage communications with families, and continuously optimize delivery

Formación

• 3–5+ years in operations, program coordination or execution-heavy role.
• Fanatical follow-through: track, document, flag, resolve.

Responsabilidades

• Student Progress: track attendance, homework, practice tests, hours, and score improvements.
• Tutor Management: hire standards, onboarding, monitor performance, coach on issues.
• Bootcamp and program operations: setup, enrollment, delivery, scheduling, communications, close-out.
• Operational Systems: maintain trackers, report usage and health, fix system failures.
