Qualifications

• Escolaridad mínima: Bachillerato concluido o Licenciatura.
• Conocimientos necesarios: Microsoft Office y dispositivos móviles; manejo de los sistemas WITS, WOW y VITIM's.
• Experiencia: al menos 1 año en áreas de calidad o atención a clientes.

Responsibilities

• Brindar atención y soporte al cliente en reportes, solicitudes y seguimiento operativo.
• Dar seguimiento a campañas y asegurar la correcta administración de listados e información.
• Control y monitoreo de unidades con Hold y reporte de incidencias.
• Elaborar y dar seguimiento a reportes operativos (GDR, ARR quincenal, etc.).
