Wallenius Wilhelmsen busca un Coordinador de Operaciones para apoyar la atención al cliente y el seguimiento de procesos operativos. La posición requiere interacción con campañas, reportes y requerimientos para GM Planta y GM Logística en un entorno dinámico y global.

Se valorará experiencia mínima de 1 año en áreas de calidad o atención al cliente y manejo de sistemas WOW, WITS y VITIM's, además de dominio de Microsoft Office y permisos de conducir vigentes.

Formación

• Bachillerato concluido o Licenciatura.
• Conocimientos de Microsoft Office.
• Manejo de dispositivos móviles y licencias vigentes de manejo.
• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en áreas de calidad o atención al cliente.
• Experiencia con WITS, WOW y VITIM's.

Responsabilidades

• Atención y soporte al cliente en reportes, solicitudes y seguimiento operativo.
• Seguimiento de campañas y administración de listados e información.
• Control y monitoreo de unidades con Hold.
• Elaborar y dar seguimiento a reportes operativos como reportes de daños y campañas; gestionar información de logística y mantenimiento.

Buscamos un Operations Coordinator que contribuya al cumplimiento de los procesos operativos, brindando soporte a clientes y asegurando el seguimiento oportuno de reportes, campañas y requerimientos para las operaciones de GM Planta y GM Logística.

Requisitos Escolaridad: Bachillerato concluido o Licenciatura.

Conocimientos: Microsoft Office. Manejo de dispositivos móviles (Smartphone). Manejo de vehículos estándar y automáticos (licencia de conducir vigente). Conocimiento de los sistemas WOW, WITS y VITIM's.

Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año en áreas de calidad o atención a clientes. Trato directo con clientes. Manejo de los sistemas WITS, WOW y VITIM's.

Principales responsabilidades

• Brindar atención y soporte al cliente en reportes, solicitudes, requerimientos, reuniones y seguimiento operativo.
• Dar seguimiento a campañas, asegurando la correcta administración de listados e información.
• Control y monitoreo de unidades con Hold.
• Elaborar y dar seguimiento a reportes operativos, incluyendo:M2.Daños en Care y Buffer.Daños semanales.Campañas.Riel para Logística.Mantenimiento BAT 0 y BAT mayores a 30 días.QBO.Unidades de Pérdida Total.Mantenimiento semanal.Unidades inoperantes y descargadas.GDR (Global Damage Report).ARR quincenal.
