Job summary

MTS Globe Mexico in Cancun is seeking an Operations Assistant to support the Operations department with setting up new providers, updating contracts, and generating routine reports for airport operations. You will liaise with commercial, operational and financial teams, manage incidents and claims, and prepare information feeds for the airport team.

This role requires an Tourism degree or similar, and an intermediate level of English.

Our team is growing, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are looking for new challenges. We are hiring an Operations Assistant for a receptive agency in Cancun, Mexico. As an Operations Assistant you will support the Operations department in different administrative areas such as the set-up of new clients, providers, products, and follow-up of our sales agents and different complaints to be resolved. Also, you will be in charge to create different informs, reports and important information for the airport operations team as well.
