Maersk is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager for Warehousing to lead deployment of The Maersk Way and continuous improvement across our warehousing area in Mexico. You will coach leaders, drive A3 problem solving and Kaizen, and partner with regional teams to raise productivity and customer outcomes.

You will identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and translate improvements into measurable financial and operational benefits while building a high-performing team.

Formación

• Experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Lean in 3PL warehousing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma; Green Belt or Black Belt valued.
• Proven people leadership, coaching and development of teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid project and change management with business impact translation.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and adoption of The Maersk Way (TMW) and Operational Excellence standards across the Area.
• Lead, coach, and develop Operational Excellence Team Leads and Senior Specialists, strengthening capabilities and building a sustainable improvement culture.
• Manage the execution and governance of A3 Problem Solving and Kaizen, ensuring consistency, quality, and effective implementation.
• Drive cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with business leaders, SMEs, and Regional and Global Operational Excellence teams.
• Support Area leaders in identifying and prioritizing improvement opportunities, driving measurable impact across productivity, operational efficiency, customer outcomes, and business KPIs.
• Drive the adoption of performance management practices and ensure continuous improvement initiatives translate into sustainable operational and financial benefits.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Lean within 3PL warehousing operations, with proven experience deploying improvement methodologies across complex and large-scale warehouse environments.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and A3 Problem Solving; Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly valued.
• Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and collaborate effectively across functions and leadership levels.
• Solid project and change management capabilities, with a strong cross-functional business understanding.
• Ability to translate improvement opportunities into measurable business results, including productivity gains, KPI improvements, customer outcomes, and financial benefits.
• We're looking for a leader who combines Operational Excellence expertise with a strategic mindset and strong people leadership, capable of building continuous improvement capabilities while delivering measurable and sustainable business impact across the Area.
