Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintains a system for plant documents and procedures and the documentation structure.
• Provides training at the plant.
• Maintains procedures and documents for updates.
• Participates in internal audits for Mexican operations if required.
• Supports audit programs, corrective actions, and compliance.
• Generates feedback reports on plant performance.
• Acts as coordinator during internal and external audits and leads a team of internal auditors.
• Ensures employees adhere to policies, environmental procedures, and legal requirements.
• Collects metric data and maintains supporting documentation for each metric.
• Coordinates plant participation in quality recognition programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains an appropriate system for controlling plant documents and procedures, as well as the documentation structure.
• Provides training at the plant.
• Maintains an appropriate system for documenting new procedures and updating existing ones.
• Participates in the internal audit program for Mexican operations, if required.
• Maintains a system for audits and follow-up on corrective actions arising from internal and external audit discrepancies to ensure compliance.
• Generates feedback reports for the plant regarding performance and related information.
• Serves as coordinator and point of contact during internal and external audits.
• Coordinates a group of internal auditors and the implementation of the plant's internal audit program.
• Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that employees adhere to policies, environmental procedures, and legal requirements applicable to the operations performed in their areas.
• Coordinates the collection of metric data and submits it to Mexican operations, while maintaining supporting documentation for each metric.
• Coordinates documentation regarding the plant's participation in quality recognition programs.
• IATF ISO 9001 Quality Systems Core Tools: PCP, PFMEA, PFD, MSA, SPC, PPAP.
• Problem-solving documentation systems (DPS, 5 Whys, 8Ds) Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
