Red Hat, Inc. is seeking an OpenShift AI Architect to lead architecture and delivery of AI platforms across OpenShift AI, MLOps, and hybrid cloud environments.

You will shape customer AI transformation journeys, guide pre-sales activities, and deliver scalable, governed AI solutions. The role requires deep OpenShift AI knowledge, experience with generative AI, and strong communication skills to engage executives and technical stakeholders alike.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, platform engineering, cloud architecture, data platforms, or enterprise infrastructure roles.
• Proven experience in pre-sales or customer-facing roles, supporting complex solution sales cycles.
• Strong expertise in Red Hat OpenShift and Red Hat OpenShift AI.
• Experience designing AI/ML platforms and MLOps workflows.
• Knowledge of ML lifecycle management, deployment, monitoring, governance.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI application architectures.
• Familiarity with data science platforms, AI frameworks, and model serving technologies.
• Experience with hybrid cloud architectures and container platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in pre-sales activities, including customer discovery, workshops, and solution design.
• Lead architecture and implementation of OpenShift AI-based solutions.
• Design scalable AI platforms with governance and operationalization in mind.
• Drive MLOps adoption, including model lifecycle, deployment automation, and monitoring.
• Provide technical leadership during delivery and align with architectural best practices.
• Collaborate across Product Engineering, Consulting, and Support to deliver high-quality solutions.
