Belvo is hiring a Business Development Representative in CDMX for a hybrid role. You will engage prospects, qualify leads, and drive pipeline for our open banking and fintech platform. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in SaaS sales and strong English/Spanish communication.

You will work with the Sales team to identify opportunities, manage CRM activity, and help shape our go-to-market in Latin America. This role offers growth into sales and customer success with a dynamic, global team.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience as a BDR in a SaaS, Data, or Payments company.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
• Adaptable and resourceful in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Establish agile communication with prospects to create new leads and sales openings.
• Manage inbound and outbound prospect pipeline to meet quotas.
• Research target companies and reach out to key influencers.
• Discuss value via email, LinkedIn, videoconference, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Set up meetings with prospects and collaborate with Account Executives.
• Work with Sales to identify strategic opportunities in target markets.
• Track qualification activity in the CRM.
• Develop cold prospecting and lead-generation strategies.
• Become a fintech and Open Banking domain expert in LATAM.
