Job summary

Molex is seeking an HR Operations Analyst to support workforce operations on the production floor in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will ensure accurate Time & Attendance, help prevent payroll issues, and partner with supervisors to drive process improvements.

The role emphasizes reliability, compliance, and strong employee experience, requiring collaboration across HR and operations to sustain manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience supporting HR Operations, Workforce Administration, Time & Attendance, Payroll, or related processes.
• Experience working with supervisors and employees in manufacturing.
• Experience using workforce management or Time & Attendance systems.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with supervisors and employees to support day-to-day operations.
• Maintain a visible presence on the production floor to understand needs and risks.
• Support Time & Attendance processes to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with supervisors to promote accountability and best practices.
• Identify attendance, scheduling, and workforce issues before they impact payroll.
• Monitor workforce data and trends to inform decisions and improvements.
