Job summary

Molex is seeking an HR Operations Analyst to support workforce operations on the manufacturing floor. You will ensure Time & Attendance data accuracy, collaborate with supervisors, and proactively address attendance and scheduling issues to protect payroll integrity.

The role emphasizes operational discipline, compliance, and continuous improvement to enhance employee experience in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience supporting HR Operations, Workforce Administration, Time & Attendance, Payroll support, or related processes.
• Experience working with supervisors and employees in manufacturing environments.
• Experience using workforce management or Time & Attendance systems.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with supervisors and employees to support day-to-day workforce operations.
• Maintain a visible presence on the production floor to understand operational needs and risks.
• Support Time & Attendance processes to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with supervisors to promote accountability and workforce management best practices.
• Identify attendance, scheduling, and workforce issues before they impact payroll.
• Monitor workforce data to inform decisions and improvements.
• Coordinate issue resolution with cross-functional teams and ensure closure.
• Support continuous improvement to strengthen operational discipline and employee experience.
