Intuitive, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery, is hiring a Digital Employee Experience Analyst to manage employee-facing HR content and optimize AI-driven self-service tools. The role focuses on governance, localization for Mexicali and Latin America, and cross-functional collaboration with HR stakeholders.

You will monitor AI performance, analyze feedback, and drive continuous improvements to deliver a high-quality, employee-centric digital experience.

Formación

• 5+ years in HR, Employee Services, Knowledge Management, or related fields.
• Experience with HR platforms such as ServiceNow HRSD, Workday or Moveworks.
• HTML/CSS skills for content formatting and governance.
• Strong written communication and content development abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends and risks.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Create, maintain, review, and optimize employee-facing HR knowledge content.
• Ensure governance, taxonomy, metadata, and guidelines compliance.
• Audit content quality, relevance, accuracy, and completeness.
• Support content lifecycle: creation, publishing, updates, retirement.
• Coordinate content reviews with HR Content Owners.
• Support localization and regional content optimization across Mexicali and the Americas.
• Monitor AI and digital self-service performance and identify improvements.
• Translate feedback into content improvements and new knowledge opportunities.
• Assist in testing and continuous improvement of conversational AI capabilities.
• Monitor accessibility and usability, and improve search and retrieval.
• Track metrics on self-service adoption, content health, and AI performance.
