Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to provide full project management services and on-site oversight on construction projects, acting as client representative when needed. You will oversee procurement, budgets, schedules, and risk management while coordinating the Project Execution Plan and communication among stakeholders.

• 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Engineering or Architecture degree required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish to conduct meetings, create reports, and present.
• PMI certification is a plus; commercial project experience desirable (warehouse/retail).

Responsabilidades

• Provide full project management services and on-site construction oversight.
• Support client representative in delivering successful project outcomes.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, budgets and risk management.
• Develop and coordinate Project Execution Plans and GC-PEP activities.
• Lead coordination of meetings, RFI/Submittal processes, and reporting.
• Support safety, QA/QC, and labor relations programs to meet objectives.
• Assist in reviewing designs and progress, ensuring constructability alignment.
• Maintain project schedule ownership and track milestones.
