Formación

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Bilingual 90% proficiency or higher is expected.
• At least 2 years of experience dealing with suppliers or customers.
• MRP management experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain promise date from released orders to supplier and keep system up to date.
• Inquire with supplier when promise dates do not meet requirement and expedite with buyer.
• Ensure that supplier ships on time so that material arrives on time.
• Obtain shipment tracking information and share when requested.
• Review material short reports and Oracle system to expedite materials as needed.
• Inform buyer of discrepancies between shipped and ordered when quantities exceed order.
• Obtain information for reports and fill out reports as requested by area manager.
• Escalate chronic non-delivery problems with buyer.
• Provide delivery information to production and planning areas.
• Maintain excellent communication with support departments and suppliers.
