Emerson in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico is seeking a procurement professional specialized in equipment, machinery and inputs to optimize cost, lead times and quality. You will craft sourcing strategies, manage POs and ensure on-time supplier deliveries to support IDM and other departments, while maintaining KPI-driven procurement processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Business or Engineering, and at least 4 years of buying experience with fluent English (B2).

• Fluent English (B2) and willingness to travel internationally (USA visa).

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Pursuing continuous improvements in cost, lead time, quality, commercial terms and logistics costs.


• Develop and implement sourcing strategies focused on cost reduction, supply base optimization, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.


• Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring all commercial terms, technical specifications, and payment conditions are accurately documented to support efficient procurement activities.


• Proactively monitor purchase orders to ensure supplier on time deliveries are met and materials and services are available on time for the indirect material (IDM) warehouse and other departments.


• Maintain and control procurement systems to ensure compliance with KPIs and Service Level goals (SLs).


• Proficient in MS Office

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Ability to travel including internationally(USA-VISA).

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Outstanding Knowledge in MRO parameters.


• Indirect warehouse & Inventory experience


• Oracle Software (desirable)
