Job summary

Vibracoustic Toluca is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvements across equipment. You will lead maintenance activities, ensure safety compliance, and implement changes aligned with ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating technicians, installing equipment, and collaborating with regional sites to reduce floor space usage and improve overall production efficiency.

Qualifications

• B.S. Engineering or closely related degree with 8+ years experience.
• Five or more years related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of installation, maintenance and operation of all equipment; PLC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of workers fabricating or modifying machines, tools, or equipment to improve the production process.
• Ensures all machines, equipment, and activities are safe and in accordance with all applicable company and government rules and guidelines.
• Reviews serial equipment at or before EOP for multiple sites regionally and determines OES production process.
• Observe all Environmental Work Practices as they apply to your specific department.
• Supervise the maintenance and repair of manufacturing facility and equipment.
• Research each machine and process to provide specific requirements for component replacement or repair, spare part's stocking, and contingency plans to provide uninterrupted service.
• Evaluate maintenance personnel on performance, training skills, and focus on their continuous improvement.
• Trains maintenance and tooling technicians as new technologies are introduced into production.
• Install all new equipment and relocate existing equipment as required.
• Ensures all machines, equipment, and activities are safe and in accordance with all applicable company and government rules and guidelines.
• Performs necessary measures to adhere to ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
