Trane Technologies, a leader in climate solutions, seeks a Process and Quality Engineer (PQE) for the Assembly area to ensure safety, quality, production, delivery, and cost objectives while driving continuous improvement in metal-mechanic manufacturing lines. The candidate should have around 3 years of experience in manufacturing/Quality and strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Lean, DMAIC, and GD&T.

Advanced English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial and/or Mechanical Engineering, preferably with a manufacturing processes focus.
• Experience in Manufacturing/Process/Quality engineering.
• Approximately 3 years of knowledge in assembly / sheet metal / machining.
• General knowledge of AutoCAD, Office, Lean Manufacturing, Core tools, DMAIC, GD&T, MiniTab, and basic electricity.
• Advanced conversational English.

Responsabilidades

• Audit and maintain processes in optimal condition.
• Maintain updated methods sheets, visual aids, formats and quality records at the source.
• Update PFMEA for any product or process changes.
• Update and ensure compliance with the Control Plan.
• Update and ensure compliance with JSA.
• Define and control line balancing, STD work and combined work sheet.
• Measure, analyze and improve SCRAP, FPY, DPU, Downtime and Line Efficiency indicators.
• Analysis of concessions and warranties.
• Provide support and follow-up on engineering changes.
• Administration and implementation of new projects.
• Participate in Gembas and RIES.
• Provide support and follow-up to MDI dashboards.
• Analysis and follow-up on complaints and CARs.
