Job summary

Milestone One Site Coordinator supports trial sites in all related activities according to ICH-GCP, protocol requirements within Study specific defined timelines and enrollment goals.

Act as the main line of communication between the Sponsor or CRO and the site, schedule and prep monitoring visits, track enrollment, and ensure timely data entry and regulatory handling to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in Life Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on clinical trial experience.
• Proficient English at an upper-intermediate level.
• Nephrology studies or trials is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to adapt hours to study procedures and visits.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between Sponsor/CRO and the site.
• Respond to feasibility questions in a timely manner.
• Schedule and prep visits for monitoring at the site.
• Be available to monitors during visits at the site.
• Track patient enrollment and support timelines and enrollment goals.
• Maintain site-level regulatory documents and study data entry.
• Timely reporting of Adverse Events and Protocol Deviations.
• Handle and reconcile investigational products and supplies.
• Collect site regulatory documents as needed.
• Support site contract and budget negotiations.
• Assist Investigator and Site payments processing.
• Schedule and/or perform study procedures per protocol.
• Prepare for onsite audits or inspections.
• Build relationships with sponsors, CROs and sites.
