Job summary

You will architect AI-powered reliability solutions and mentor teams across infrastructure, network, cloud, and applications.

The role requires deep Datadog experience, SRE leadership, and strong scripting skills to automate onboarding, configuration, and remediation while aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years in observability, SRE, or related enterprise technology roles with leadership.
• Deep hands-on Datadog experience in large-scale environments with enterprise impact.
• Expert understanding of metrics, logs, traces, telemetry, and SLOs with enterprise-scale design.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of enterprise observability across global tech estate focusing on Datadog.
• Build dashboards, monitors, alerts, integrations, SLIs, and SLOs for data-driven decisions.
• Drive observability-as-code practices and AI-assisted engineering for automation and remediation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across APAC, AMER, and EMEA to guide best practices.
