Fast Dolphin is seeking an OCM Consultant – SAP / S/4HANA to work remotely with occasional trips to Mexicali, Mexico. The engagement is 6 months with the possibility of extensions, starting as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate has up to 10 years of relevant experience in Organizational Change Management within SAP/S/4HANA projects and a solid understanding of manufacturing operations. Must be fluent in English and Spanish and willing to travel for milestone activities.

Formación

• Consultant or Senior Consultant level, generally with up to approximately 10 years of relevant experience; profiles with slightly more experience may also be considered.
• Experience in Organizational Change Management within SAP or S/4HANA projects.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Availability to travel to Mexicali during critical project milestones.
