Crest IT Resources LLC, a US-based IT consulting and staff augmentation firm headquartered in Plano, Texas, is supporting an OCM workstream in Mexico for a SAP/S4HANA transformation program.

The role coordinates on-site OCM activities in Mexicali, translates materials into Spanish, and ensures clear communications to manufacturing stakeholders, while enabling mostly remote support with occasional on-site travel.

Crest IT Resources LLC is a US-based IT consulting and staff augmentation firm headquartered in Plano, Texas. We help mid-market and enterprise companies scale their technology teams quickly with pre-vetted, interview-ready engineers.

For a transformation program in Mexico, we’re supporting an OCM (Organizational Change Management) workstream connected to SAP and/or S/4HANA. In this role, we help coordinate on-site OCM activities, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and ensure communications and translated materials are delivered clearly to support manufacturing operations during critical milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site OCM activities (stakeholder identification, roadshows, communications, and translations).
• Support on-site stakeholder engagement and communication activities.
• Translate OCM materials from English to Spanish.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and supervisors on-site to align messages and execution.
• Be able to work on-site in Mexicali as needed, while supporting a mostly remote setup during the program.
  
  

Description

We’re looking for an OCM Consultant (10 years). The role requires experience in OCM and SAP or S/4HANA, plus an understanding of manufacturing operations.

Required Experience And Skills

• OCM experience (organizational change management) with active stakeholder communication.
• Experience with SAP and/or S/4HANA.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong ability to translate OCM materials from English to Spanish accurately.
• Comfort working with supervisors and stakeholders on-site to coordinate communications and alignment.
  
  

Work approach

• Should be able to work on-site at Mexicali.
• The role will be mostly remote, but travel to the client site may be required during critical milestones.

Desirable

• Experience supporting manufacturing organizations through change programs tied to SAP/S/4HANA adoption.
• Demonstrated ownership, continuous improvement mindset, and strong partnership with business and process owners.
• Previous experience delivering roadshows and stakeholder communications in bilingual (English/Spanish) environments.
• Ability to manage multiple OCM deliverables (communications, translations, and coordination activities) with consistent attention to detail.
