Job summary

OP Mobility is seeking an Order to Cash (O2C) Technician to support accounts receivable processes. The role emphasizes invoicing, collections on due dates, and collaborating with Sales Administration and Controlling to ensure accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate has a finance/accounting background with SAP Finance and strong office tools usage, plus at least 2 years of experience and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance O2C operations is required.
• Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders when addressing issues.
• Able to manage pressure when business challenges occur.
• Accounting background with focus on Accounts Receivable and SAP Finance.

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices records and collections on due date.
• Handle exceptions such as pricing issues on invoices.
• Coordinate with Sales Administration, Controlling and customers on financial records.
