Flex is seeking an Industrial Nurse for the Juárez Site to support occupational health, assess injuries, provide first aid, and ensure regulatory compliance within a manufacturing environment.

You will manage records, IMSS documentation, ST-7 forms, and coordinate with EHS and HR to implement occupational health programs; shift-based operations and high-volume walk-in cases are part of daily duties.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and capable of occupational health tasks.
• At least 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing industrial accidents and first aid.
• Knowledge of IMSS processes and ST-7 forms.
• Experience with illness leaves and documentation.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Nurse located in Juarez Site.

What a typical day looks like:

• Provide initial assessment, treatment, and referral for occupational injuries and illnesses, ensuring timely escalation when required.
• Support and participate in industrial accident and near-miss investigations, including documentation, root cause analysis, and follow-up actions.
• Assure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations.
• Responsible for securing and developing all records, equipment, and programs related to occupational health services.
• Manage the required physical evaluation programs and services to meet regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Environmental Health and Safety and Human Resources to develop and implement occupational health programs by providing subject‑matter expertise.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and individual incident reporting, with zero tolerance for under-reporting or consolidation of cases.
• Complete and manage IMSS‑related documentation and forms in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage and follow up on occupational risk and workers' compensation cases, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
• Prepare, submit, and monitor ST‑7 forms related to workplace injuries and occupational incidents.
• Oversee the administration and follow‑up of general illness cases, medical leaves, and employee health records.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working as an Industrial Nurse.
• Experience managing: Industrial accidents & first aid treatment Incident documentation & reporting Shift‑based operations (day/night, high headcount) High‑volume walk‑in cases IMSS processes and documentation Occupational risk and workers' compensation cases ST‑7 form preparation and follow‑up General illness and medical leave administration
