The Liaison Quality Engineer supports quality performance at the site and network level by managing customer-related quality issues, strengthening corrective and preventive action processes, and driving practical improvement actions. This role is hands‑on, cross‑functional, and focused on protecting product quality, responding to quality alerts, and improving the way issues are handled from first notice through closure.
Take ownership of quality outcomes by responding quickly to issues, documenting actions clearly, and following through until containment and corrective actions are complete. Stay close to the work and the customer by listening to plant, supplier, and customer feedback and turning it into practical actions that remove obstacles and protect delivery. Use fact‑based problem solving and continuous improvement to drive root cause analysis, 8D discipline, Kaizen actions, and measurable follow‑up. Win as one team by building trust across customer, plant, engineering, and supply chain partners and keeping communication open and respectful.
