Sanmina in Jalisco, Mexico is seeking an NPI Leader to drive new product introductions per SOP-8-40004-581, ensuring client quality and on-time delivery across all phases. You will lead the NPI team and coordinate new processes for assemblies of existing product families, working with CIT to resolve manufacturability and design issues.

The role requires strong knowledge of BOMs, SFDC, MRP, FMEA, 8Ds and ISO/IATF standards, plus proven project leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Experience leading NPI projects per SOP-8-40004-581
• Strong knowledge of manufacturability and design issues
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with BOMs, schematics and ECOs
• Proven project management and Gantt chart skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate NPI projects to follow the SOP
• Ensure client quality and on-time delivery for each phase
• Identify manufacturability/design issues with the CIT team
• Release manufacturable products that generate plant profit
• Coordinate implementation of new processes for assemblies
