Wipro Limited in Mexico is seeking a skilled NPI Program Manager / Product Operations PM to lead end-to-end SKU and product launches, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations and Data teams in a hybrid work model.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and continuous improvement of product data, with strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership to deliver excellent customer outcomes.

Formación

• TPM/Program Management experience in cross‑functional environments.

We are looking for your talent to join one of our projects as a NPI Program Manager / Product Operations Program Manager:
Technical Program Managers (TPMs) / Program Managers with strong experience in New
Product Introduction (NPI), SKU/Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain Operations,
Data Governance, and Cross-functional Program Management.

This position belongs to the BPS (Business Process Solutions) area of the company

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end SKU and product launch programs.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Data, and
  Business teams.
• Manage stakeholder communications, dependencies, risks, timelines, and
  governance.
• Support SKU automation initiatives and help streamline fragmented product-data
  processes.
• Lead program reviews, reporting, and executive stakeholder updates.
• Ensure launch readiness, process compliance, and operational excellence.

• Deliver excellent customer service through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries
  • Provide product support and resolution to clients by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions
  • Assist clients with navigating around product menus and facilitate better understanding of product features
  • Troubleshoot all client queries in a user-friendly, courteous and professional manner
  • Maintain logs and records of all customer queries as per the standard procedures and guidelines
  • Accurately process and record all incoming call and email using the designated tracking software
  • Offer alternative solutions to clients (where appropriate) with the objective of retaining customers and clients business
  • Organize ideas and effectively communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations
  • Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers to record feedback and ensure compliance to contract /SLAs
