Sanmina Corporation in Mexico is seeking an NPI Leader to ensure projects follow the SOP-8-40004-581, identify manufacturability issues with the CIT team, and release profitable, manufacturable products.

You will lead the NPI team, coordinate new process implementations for assemblies across product families and client portfolios, and strive for total client satisfaction while meeting quality and time targets.

Formación

• Knowledge of client documentation (BOMs, schematics, AVLs, ECOs, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of the SFDC system.
• Basic knowledge of the Oracle MRP system.
• Knowledge of quality methodologies such as FMEA and 8Ds.
• Project and personnel management; ability to develop and follow Gantt charts.
• Knowledge of pilot run and first piece validation processes.
• Knowledge of internal and external NPI checklists.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and IATF standards.
• Familiarity with CIT Board and Basics Board.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools such as Lean/Six Sigma.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the NPI team to ensure client requirements and total satisfaction are met.
• Ensure assigned NPI projects follow SOP-8-40004-581 to meet quality and time requirements.
• Coordinate implementation of new processes for assemblies of existing product families and clients.
