Job summary
Johnson Controls seeks an experienced NPI Procurement Program Manager to lead end-to-end procurement for new product introductions. You will be the primary procurement interface across engineering, program management, operations, quality, and suppliers, driving milestones and supplier readiness from concept through production launch.
You will develop strategic sourcing plans, manage cost baselines, and coordinate APQP/PPAP activities with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, cost-effective
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required in one of the following fields: Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations Management or related discipline.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or program management.
- Experience leading procurement workstreams for product launches or complex new product development programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement program execution for new product introductions (NPI).
- Act as primary procurement interface across Engineering, Program Management, Operations, Quality, and Suppliers.
- Develop and manage integrated procurement program plans from concept to production launch and stabilization.
