Flex in Juarez Sur is seeking a Process Engineer to support PCB assembly processes and the introduction of new production methods. You will implement and optimize manufacturing processes, justify capital equipment needs, and ensure robust process parameters in a fast-paced electronics environment.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree, intermediate English, and a proactive approach to drive safety, productivity and yield improvements while developing process documentation and providing training
Formación
- ,Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly is desirable.
Responsabilidades
- Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.
- Prepare justification, procure and implement capital equipment for production.
- Oversee new process equipment production and ensure repeatable parameters.
- Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters.
- Troubleshoot process related issues and drive cycle time improvements.
- Participate in activities pertaining to process improvements and throughput.
- Evaluate engineered materials and implement statistical process analysis.
