Emerson in El Salto, Jalisco, Mexico seeks a Manufacturing/Process Engineer to lead NPI activities, develop processes and tooling, and coordinate line transfers to manufacturing readiness. You will create plant layouts, SOPs, and process documentation while supporting machining operations and fixtures.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in Manufacturing/Process/Operations within manufacturing.
• English communication in technical and business environments.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
• Experience with CNC machining, tooling, and equipment.
• Ability to read GD&T drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or SAP).
• Project management and structured problem solving experience.

Mansioni

• Lead New Product Introduction activities including process development and pilot production runs.
• Coordinate manufacturing process and line transfers from planning to stabilization.
• Develop and maintain plant layouts, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Provide technical support for machining operations, tooling, fixtures, and troubleshooting.
• Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement focused on safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction.
• Execute and support Capex projects to enhance capabilities and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and supply chain security requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
